PRODUCTION OF SOUVENIR PROGRAMME BOOKS IN CONJUCTION WITH THE 1^ST MOUNT KINABALU DART OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2001 JOINTLY ORGANISED BY PERKASA HOTEL KUNDASANG AND SABAH AMATEUR DART ASSOCIATION

I am pleased to inform you that there will be the first ever Mount Kinabalu Dart Open Championship 2001 to be held at Perkasa Hotel, Kundasang starting 1^st to the 4^th November 2001. One of the main purposes of this Championship is to promote the tourism industry of our State consistent with the State goals of promoting Sabah as one of the holiday destinations. In addition, this will also inculcate sportsmanship among our society. The championship is expected to attract dart players from all over Malaysia and our neighbouring Countries such as Singapore and Negara Brunei Darussalam.

In preparation for the above competition, a sub-committee has been formed to arrange for the production of the Souvenir Programme Book.

In order to assist our sub-committee for the production of the books, I would like to appeal for your generous financial support in the form of Advertisement, which is to be inserted in the Souvenir Programme Book.

I would be very grateful if you could return the Advertisement Contract Form enclosed herewith on or before 30^th September 2001 or at the latest before 7th October 2001.

Your generous support towards this matter will be most appreciated.

Payment must be made upon signing of the Contract Form. Payment can be made in CASH, or CASH CHEQUE/CROSSED CHEQUE payable to "PERKASA HOTEL MT. KINABALU".
Advertisers are advised to provide their own art work, bromide print, positive or negative film, that if they want their own corporate advertisement, otherwise the committee reserves the right to make use of their own standard design.
This contract is not revocable once signed.
Advertiser will be given a complementary copy of the souvenir programme book and a payment receipt.
