Note :- The Form below is only a SAMPLE. The Payment Terms and Conditions must
be signed at our Company HQ. We DO NOT ACCEPT any of the below forms
send either by FAX, MAIL or EMAIL.

Payment Terms & Conditions

1. This agreement is make on mutual understanding between the customer and our Company.

2. All customers must follow the Terms and Conditions setforth by our Company.

3.   Once the customer agreed upon this agreement he/she must sign this agreement. After signing
      this agreement the customer shall pay the stipulated amount in advance either by MONEY
      ORDER, BANK DRAFT or T.T. to " CompuParts Trading Services " before any machine
      set-up. No CASH or PERSONAL CHEQUE will be accepted. You will require to pay 50%
      upfront before our Company set-up the machine. The remaining balance 50% will be collected
      upon completion of job.

4. All downpayment paid to our Company are non refunable.

5.   The cost of setting up the Net GateWay Server System is RM 6,??? (i.e. NET GATEWAY
      SERVER machine, NET GATEWAY SERVER PROGRAM for LINUX, 8 Port 100 Base HUB,
      56KBps V.90 External Modem, On-Site installation for 20KM within our Company showroom
      area). The RM 6,??? does not include linking from 8 port networking hub to Windows 95/98
      workstations.

6. The remaining balance MUST be paid upon the machine has already set-up and upon
completion of job. If you default the remaining balance payment to be paid, our Company will
have the sole right to possess your machine or equipment without any notice.

7.   Our Company provides 6 months free labour services on hardwares and 1 year free warranty on
      parts. Our company will not warranty / responsible for any attempt to temper with the
      Server machine on software. If the Server machine broke down, you are require to bring the
      machine back to our Company for repair. If you should decide to ask our Company Technician
      to collect the Server machine, our Company reserves the right to charge you with an additional
      service charge.

8. Our Company reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions on this Agreement with
PRIOR NOTICE to you, and you will then be bound by any such amendments.

9.   The information provided by you in the form is accurate and truthful. You will immediately
      notify our Company of any changes in the information listed in the forms. Your consent to the
      use of any information provided by you in the forms by our Company to which our Company
      may disclose the information for the purposes of its business finance or marketing operations.

10. Our Company is not responsible nor liable to you for interruptions, suspension or termination
      of the services for any reason whatsever including but not limited to the failure of the power,
      fire, flood, lightning rain or any other unforseen circumstances. Our company will not be liable
      to you for any refunds of the money.
