Procedures on How the Whole Server
System Is To Be Setup at End-User Site



 
 

 If I am interested, how do I proceed to buy?
The Net GateWay Server cost, RM 6,??? is only a starting amount. It does not include linking to Work-
stations. The procedures are as follows :-
If the end-user is interested in setting up a Net Gateway Server System at their office :-

1)  The customer is required to fill in the CUSTOMERS ORDER FORMS first. Once the customer had filled 
      in the form, our Company will put the customer on order list. Then we will call you when your turn is up. 
     Our Company procedure is First Come First Serve basis. The first person who place an order first will be  
     the person our Company serve first. The rest of the order will be placed in queue. Queue jumping will not 
     be entertained.


 
 2)  When your turn comes, the Company Technician will take a CUSTOMER ON-SITE SURVEY FORM,   
       to  the location where the Net GateWay Server will be installed, to check on 2 things :-
       a)  Do your PC want to be linked, and can it be linked? Our Company Technician must be allowed to 
            uncover your PC, to insert a networking card, and test to ensure that your PC can link to our Net
            Gateway Server without any hassle. This procedure is necessary and must be done before the actual 
            setting up to prevent any unnecessary delay due to problem encounter during the actual installation 
            stage. If the PC does not meet the minimum requirement, certain components require to be upgraded 
            or changed to a new PC, all these details will be recorded on the CUSTOMER ON-SITE SURVEY 
            FORM.

       b)  Length of the cable for each PC to be linked to the Net GateWay Server.


 
3)  When the CUSTOMER ON-SITE FORM is completed, the Operation Manager/Marketing Manager will
      finalize the TOTAL figure for the whole system setup. This is the time the customer is required to pay a
      50% NON-REFUNABLE deposit (Company Cheque/Bank Draft/Money Order made payable to 
      CompuParts Trading Services only, nothing else) upfront before our Company continue the actual setting 
      up for the whole system at your location.
      We DO NOT accept CASH or Personal Cheque at all. If the customer insist to pay by CASH or Personal 
      Cheque we will not be held responsible for any MISSING cheque, as it has been stated clearly above that 
      our Company DO NOT accept them. When you pass a Cheque (Paid to CompuParts Trading Services 
      ONLY) to any of our Company Staff, make sure that you ask for a Temporary Receipt from him/her for 
      upfront DEPOSIT payment you made. If you did not received a Temporary Receipt, make sure you ask 
      for it. This receipt shall be the only proof to show us that you have paid an UPFRONT DEPOSIT in case 
      any unforseen circumstances occur. You have 1 week to decide on whether to purchase or not, while our 
      Company Technician will continue to serve the next customer on the order list.

 
4)  When our Company received the 50% NON REFUNABLE UPFRONT DEPOSIT from you (customer), 
     our Company Technician & Cableman will start installing the system & wiring network cables at your 
     location. During this stage, our Company will commence with the a final testing on the Net GateWay 
     Server to ensure all hardware components are problem free.
     When all network cables has been done, and all the Windows 95/98 PCs, with NETWORK CARD installed,
     are prepared for linking to the Server, then the Net GateWay Server shall be brought in for the FINAL
     INSTALLATION. During this time, our Company willl inform you (customer) to prepare the FINAL 
     PAYMENT CHEQUE (paid to CompuParts Trading Services ONLY).
     Once you (customer) confirmed the FINAL PAYMENT CHEQUE is ready, our Company Technician will 
     bring in the Net GateWay Server for the FINAL installation stages and conduct FINAL ACCEPTANCE 
     TEST to ensure all PCs can access the INTERNET through the Net Gateway Server.

 
5)  At the same time, when all the 4 STEPS has been concluded, you(customer) must pay the FINAL
     PAYMENT CHEQUE (payable to CompuParts Trading Services ONLY) and the TEMPORARY 
     RECEIPT (issued to you earlier) MUST be returned to the technician for exchange with ACTUAL 
     INVOICE  include with FULL TOTAL AMOUNT in it.
     If in any case you (customer) REFUSED TO PAY or DELAYING the FINAL CHEQUE PAYMENT 
     during this time, the Company Technician (as instructed by CompuParts Trading Service Management 
     and stated in the Payment Terms & Conditions ) has the RIGHT to repossess the Server System back to 
     our Company HQ without any prior explainations given. The only way you (customer) can collect back 
     your Net GateWay Server is to bring along the FINAL CHEQUE PAYMENT & TEMPORARY
     RECEIPT to our Company HQ in exchange with the Net GateWay Server and the ACTUAL INVOICE.
     For outstation case, our Company will charge you Delivery & Instalation charges for our Company
     Technician to deliver your Net GateWay Server to your location and reinstall the system again. The 
     whole system deals with CASH TERM ONLY, NO CREDIT TERM. To be fair to our Company and you 
     (customer), we decide to collect 50% Non-Refundable Deposit upon order for setting up the whole system 
     at your location, and the rest of the balance will be paid upon job completion.
